November 13, 2020A Mid-Term Update from Head of School

The Highlights:

Our students are enjoying what has been a relatively normal school year. They are happy, and they feel safe and secure. We miss seeing parents in the halls and we know many parents are missing the school community as well. We will continue to provide snapshots of our classes and theme days on our social media channels. Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest updates.

Please ensure you continue to complete your child's daily health checks and if your child is not well, please stay home.

We do not anticipate any school closures at this time but we continue to fine-tune our remote learning strategies if required.

The School's major projects continue to move forward. The Board of Directors is meeting next week to review the fundraising and construction timelines for the new Athletics and Wellness Centre. More details to come. If you've made a donation to Phase 6, your gift has been safely set aside and restricted specifically for this project.

Our application to CAIS (Canadian Accredited Independent School) is also moving forward and we've been asked to host their conference at our school next year.

As always, please let us know if there is anything we can do for you.

Warm Regards,
Chris Grieve

AdmissionsApplications to Aberdeen Hall are accepted year round and are increasingly competitive.

At Aberdeen Hall, we seek to admit well-rounded students who choose to be at our school. We are looking for students who demonstrate leadership through academic performance, involvement in co-curricular activities and civic engagement.
