Kindergarten - Grade 12 New Student Orientation

New students entering Kindergarten to Grade 12 are welcome to attend an orientation on Wednesday, September 2 from 3:00-4:00pm.

The orientation will allow new students to meet the division principals, tour the campus, and ask any questions they may have before the first day of school. We look forward to meeting you!

Preschool Teddy Bear Picnic 2026-2027

Our youngest learners are invited to bring their favourite stuffed friend and join us for a fun-filled picnic! This special gathering allows Preschoolers and their families to meet their teachers, explore the classroom, and enjoy outdoor activities in a relaxed and welcoming setting. 

Please bring along a favourite stuffed animal, a snack for your child (no nuts), and a blanket. Refreshments will be provided.

Coffee Meet & Greet - All Grades

A brand-new academic year is here, and we are absolutely thrilled to welcome our new and returning Aberdeen Hall families!

Please join us for a morning Meet and Greet in Lower Holzhey Hall. It’s a wonderful, relaxed opportunity to say hello to our Division Principals, catch up with the fantastic faculty and staff, and connect with other parents. Whether you want to ask a few questions, learn how to get involved, or simply chat over a morning treat, we would love to see you there. Fresh coffee, tea, and morning refreshments will be provided.

The Meet and Greet will take place from 8:30 - 9:30am on September 17, 2026 in Lower Holzhey Hall.

2026 AH Parent Guild Annual Golf Tournament
9:30am-7:00pm • Black Mountain Golf Club

This 18-hole Texas Scramble & Best Ball “FUNdraiser” is sure to be a sell-out event! 

$225 per golfer includes: 1 round of golf, power cart rental, breakfast, BBQ lunch, dinner, and 1 drink ticket. Golfers tee off at 11:00am and conclude with dinner starting at 5:00pm. Please note all Golfers must be 19+.
