Aberdeen Hall's Next Strategic Plan

The Board of Directors is responsible for effective strategic planning to identify priorities and goals at Aberdeen Hall. To support this effort, the Strategic Planning Committee has been established to develop recommendations for the Board regarding the Strategic Plan. As part of the upcoming planning exercise, the committee is seeking parents to participate in focus groups.

Through these discussions, we aim to identify key priorities that will inform our long-term strategic plan. Your perspectives will contribute to ensuring that our school continues to thrive, upholding its mission while adapting to the evolving needs of education and our community.

We encourage open and thoughtful dialogue, as your feedback will play a crucial role in developing a vision that reflects our collective aspirations. Please note the feedback we are looking for is long-term strategic in nature not feedback on daily operations (recently collected in our ISM survey). As always, if you have any day-to-day operational feedback, please connect with your child’s homeroom teacher, division principal or Chris Grieve, Head of School.

Focus Group Dates

Tuesday, February 25, 8:30am (Preschool-Grade 5 parents) in the Theatre 
Thursday, February 27, 2:00pm (Grade 6-Grade 12 parents) - Room 314 in the Senior School (top floor)
*Should there be substantial demand, we will evaluate the possibility of adding further focus group sessions
