October 21, 2025Aberdeen Hall Welcomes Canada's Top Independent School Leaders for CAIS Conference

We were filled with pride and excitement last week as Aberdeen Hall had the distinct honour of welcoming educational leaders from across the country to our campus. We hosted a special dinner for the annual Canadian Accredited Independent Schools (CAIS) Heads and Chairs Conference, which was held right here in beautiful Kelowna.

As a proud CAIS school, we deeply value the collaboration and shared commitment to excellence that this organization fosters. CAIS represents Canada's leading independent institutions, all dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in education, innovation, and student well-being.

The annual Heads and Chairs Conference brings together the visionary leaders of these elite schools, serving as an invaluable forum for them to connect, share best practices, and discuss the future of education.
It was a true pleasure to welcome these esteemed colleagues and friends to our school. The evening was filled with connection, conversation, and delicious food, allowing us to showcase the warm hospitality and incredible spirit of community that defines Aberdeen Hall.

Our team, including some of our outstanding student ambassadors, worked diligently to create a memorable evening. We loved seeing everyone come together and are so proud to be part of this distinguished national network.

"It was a privilege to host our colleagues from coast to coast," said Chris Grieve, Head of School. "Being a CAIS school connects us to a national standard of excellence, and it was a pleasure to share our campus and our community with fellow leaders."
It was a fantastic week of learning and connection here in the Okanagan. We hope all the CAIS Heads and Chairs had a productive and inspiring conference and enjoyed their time in our vibrant city!
