Parent Guild Meeting

The Aberdeen Hall Parent Guild's mandate is to enhance the social and physical environment of the school while fostering a true sense of community among students, parents, staff and administration. 

The Parent Guild organizes events, social outings and fundraising activities throughout the year and we encourage your participation. 

Volunteering with the Parent Guild is a wonderful way to stay connected with your community, meet other parents/caregivers and have a lot of fun. Whether it’s attending monthly Guild meetings, getting involved on a committee, volunteering at events or joining our executive team, there are positions to suit your schedule.

Employee Appreciation Breakfast

The Parent Guild is excited to be hosting our annual Employee Appreciation Breakfast on Wednesday, May 28.  We are currently seeking the assistance of parent volunteers, both for set up prior to the event (on Tuesday, May 27) as well as help on the morning of the event. We are also looking for parent volunteers to assist in supervision of Kindergarten to Grade 5 classrooms.

Gryphons’ Night

An end-of-year celebration for Aberdeen Hall families, filled with food, laughter, fun, games, and entertainment. Previous years have seen unforgettable moments, such as mini golf, a range of exciting bouncy castles, and the all-time favourite teacher dunk tank. This spectacular event is a true team effort, with dedicated parents, students, and employees joining forces to ensure its success.

• Cake Walk donations

• Volunteers on the day of the event: 

  • Set up (10 volunteers)

  • Assist at activity stations (80 volunteers)

  • Take down (10 volunteers)

Aberdeen Hall Golf Tournament at Black Mountain Golf Club

This fundraising event marks the kick-off to the school year. It's all about having fun, regardless of your golfing abilities. Indulge in delicious food, laughter, and a memorable round of golf. Tickets go on sale in June. We hope you will join us for a fantastic day on the course!
